The Mental Health Collective is delighted to offer small, highly personalized three day retreats. Our Relaxing Into Resilience retreat is facilitated by psychiatrist and poet, Dr. Monisha Vasa, and senior mindfulness teacher and poet, Cayce Howe. Their combined skill in mental health, creativity, meditation, and meaningful wellness allow for an unparalleled and transformative retreat experience.

Our Commitment

  • Foster a weekend of community, connection, and creativity

  • Introduce and practice basic concepts of mindfulness and meditation for stress reduction 

  • Demonstrate how to use meditation and creativity to gain clarity and insight

  • Integrate meditation and creativity in a way that makes meditation more accessible

  • Develop a skill set of easy, practical, portable tools for resiliency and burnout prevention 

  • Define opportunities for physical, emotional, and spiritual self care--including organic meals, hiking, yoga, and massage
